1. Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • You have an additional 5-7 days to ensure the returned product(s) reach our facility.

2. Reverse Pick-Up Services

  • We provide convenient reverse pick-up services for your returns.

  • A nominal Rs 100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted per order. This fee applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of items.

  • If your location isn't covered by our reverse pick-up service, you may need to send the shipment back to our company address.

  • Reverse Pick-Up availability is subject to your area's pin code.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup. You'll receive it on your registered email address/contact number.

4. Product Condition

  • Please return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. Products returned in poor condition or showing signs of wear won't be eligible for a refund.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds and bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders and online payments made on our website.

  • Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used at any time.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are possible until the order hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • We offer a hassle-free cancellation policy within 7 days from the date of delivery.

9. Hygiene Standards

  • To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on specific product categories, including accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes. Fly Aura reserves the right to change the product categories to which this policy applies without prior notice.

10. Refunds for Free Product Deals

  • Orders made during BOGO Sales (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar promotions with free products are not eligible for returns.

11. Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you can courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure secure packaging to prevent loss or damage during transit. Mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.

  • Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account for prepaid orders or in the form of store credit (gift card) for COD orders.

12. Terms and Conditions

  • Bank account details provided by the customer are final, and any errors in the details are not the brand's responsibility.

  • If you receive an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and haven't received the package, please email or contact us within 24 hours.

  • Customers must take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession.

  • If the product(s) do not meet standards at the time of delivery, contact us within 1 day of receiving the products.

  • We aim to process refunds within 30 working days from the day we confirm your eligibility.
